We are looking for a high performing Senior Stylist to level up their career to join our team at Mane Society.

What we offer :

• Above award wage starting at $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience) PLUS monthly bonus incentives. Pay rates are reviewed and revised regularly based on your performance too

• Increased work/life balance with 2 Saturdays off per month and only working 8-12 on alternate Saturdays

• Monthly internal training as well as external professional training 

• On going support with education and training by some of Australia's leading brands 

• Personal and educational training is funded up to $2000 per year of your own choice (in addition to training already provided in salon)

 

Requirements :

• Competent in all aspects of the trade. Mane Society specialises in blondes, balayage and colour corrections

• Motivated & positive team player 

• Experienced and up to date in todays hair colouring techniques

• Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere

 

Wanting to level up your career even further? This job has the opportunity to grow and step into new positions within the salon, such as Creative Manager. With this role, you will lead a small team through content creation, technical training of the trade, photoshoot & videography content creation coordination and social media management. This is an opportunity to further your career, working as a stylist and levelling up your leadership and mentorship skills through your own personal development.

 

This opportunity is an evolving position where prior experience in a similar role is desired but not necessary as you will be mentored yourself to succeed in this role with access to personal development training, workshops to harness your untapped potential.

Being guided by Georgia is something I am extremely grateful for and I feel very lucky that I get to hang out in such a stunning space every day. As well as every second Saturday off, being able to enjoy a 3 day weekend every second week means I get to enjoy weekends with my friends and family and they definitely all love having me around more!
