Do you have a carpark?

Yes we do! We have a carpark directly behind the salon, the entrance to the carpark is located directly next to Jenny's bakery. Please note there is a pay machine to park in this car park, its $2 an hour, or $6 for 10 hours (this is the cheaper option to take)


Should my hair be dirty or clean for my lightening appointment?

Let’s bust this myth that your colour “takes better” when you have dirty hair. It’s actually better for your hair to be washed within 1-2 days of your appointment. Excessively dirty, oily, sweaty hair or product build up on the hair (days of dry shampoo) actually creates another layer that bleach/colour will need to penetrate. Although the idea of your hairdresser washing your extremely dirty hair sounds like heaven, we do ask that your hair is washed within 1-2 days of your lightening service, cleaner hair will give a more even result and cleaner lift 


How long will my service take?

Timing can vary depending on the service you’re having and how long/thick your hair is. For our larger services like foils and balayage, we generally allow 3.5 - 4 hours. For services like colour corrections, this can take anywhere between 4-5 hours. Please be mindful when booking an appointment with us and allowing enough time in your day so we can achieve your full service


Do you use Olaplex?

Yes we do use Olaplex! Our in salon Olaplex treatments are $90 including the take home no.3. Our stand alone olaplex treatments are $60 (this is great for extremely damaged hair, and are also highly recommended for your touch up appointments)

How many sessions will it take to achieve my desired hair colour?

Each client’s hair takes differently to colour so we can provide you with an estimate time frame, however it may not be accurate. If there is no artificial/box dye in your hair then we can usually achieve your desired colour within the first or second appointment. If you have a build up of colour in your hair, whether that be years of colour from a salon, or using box dyes at home, our first-second appointment is usually spent removing the colour build up/any uneven bands through out the hair. If your hair is damaged and not quite ready to be lightened, we recommend 2 or 3 sessions of treatments/toners with a personalised home care routine to help repair the integrity of your hair to prevent breakage

Do you have a cancellation policy?

As we are a small, but very busy salon with quite a long waitlist we do require 48 hours notice when you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. Our reminder texts are sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment and we do encourage you to take note of your appointment day/time prior to receiving this text. We understand sometimes life happens, and you may wake up sick on the day of your appointment, but please try to give us much notice as you can. Unfortunately extremely late cancels are very hard to fill and leaves your stylist with a 3-4 hour gap in their day. Late cancels will require a $50 cancellation fee to be paid prior to being able to book any future appointments with us. No Show's are not tolerated and will require 50% of the service to be paid
